How does the random team generator split people?
It shuffles the names fairly (Fisher–Yates with crypto randomness) and deals them into teams like cards, so team sizes never differ by more than one.
Can I choose team size instead of number of teams?
Yes. Switch to “People per team” and the generator works out how many teams are needed. The last teams may have one fewer person if the numbers don’t divide evenly.
Is my list of names stored?
Only in this browser’s local storage, so it survives a reload. It’s never uploaded, and Clear removes it.
